Your obligations as a Member

Appropriate legal action will be taken by Mantix Pty Ltd for any illegal or unauthorised use of the Website; and you acknowledge and agree that any automated use of the Website or its Purchase Services is prohibited.
Purchase of Products
- . In using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you will agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (Purchase Price).
- Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through Pay Pal o Eway Payments (Payment Gateway Provider). In using the Purchase Services, you warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers.
- Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed by Mantix Pty Ltd, you will be issued with a receipt to confirm that the payment has been received and Mantix Pty Ltd may record your purchase details for future use.
- Mantix Pty Ltd may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products based on our Returns Policy.

- Mantix Pty Ltd takes your privacy seriously and any information provided through your use of the Website and/or the Purchase Services are subject to Mantix’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website.
Delivery
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and payment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within [Logan City]. For orders under $100, we charge $10 for local delivery.
- Deliveries are made from [delivery hours] on [available days]. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Mantix’ warehouse located in Yarrabilba, QLD, 4207. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up by appointment only. Please contact us to organise your pick up. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand, Fiji, New Caledonia.
Shipping cost will be quoted on request for these destinations.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mantix Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Warranty
- For leather items, 2 year warranty applies: wallets, hand bags, belts, gloves, belt pouches, etc. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. Warranty is limited to the value of the item or exchange.
- Any liability of Mantix in relation to a breach by us of any express or implied warranties in respect of the Goods, will be limited at our election to the replacement of the Goods, or supplying equivalent Goods;

- Mantix ensures the quality of its products.
- Monarca Coffee® is a registered trade mark of Mantix. The coffee is supplied to our customers in highly protective bags containing a check valve to maximise its shelf life. Being a consumable product, it is supplied meeting our strict product specifications. Our coffee products are hand crafted by experts.
